The studio
We're Indy and Mandy. Avir Studio is named after our son, and it grew out of running our own service businesses: a sign shop and an electrical company that live and die by the phone ringing.
That's the experience we bring to every build. We know what a slow quote costs, what a customer needs to see before they call, and how it feels to pay for a website that never did anything. So we design around one job: getting you the work.
Indy handles the build and the search side. Mandy is who you'll talk to. Between us, one honest quote, clear terms, and a site you own outright.

We design your actual homepage and send a private preview link. No payment, no obligation.
Pay 50% to start, 50% at launch. We build the full site, revise with you on the preview link, and go live on your domain.
Care keeps the site hosted, secure and updated. Local SEO and Growth plans are optional and bill monthly only if you choose one.
Flat build fees and flat monthly plans, quoted before we start. Flagship work gets a written scope and quote first.
Your domain is registered in your name and the site files are yours. Take them any time.
You reach the people who built your site. Care plans cover hosting, security, updates and small changes.

Pick a build and a monthly plan. All prices in CAD, plus applicable taxes. Build fees are one-time; plans bill monthly.
Builds are 50% to start and 50% at launch. Launch sites typically go live in about a week once your content is ready; Business builds typically take two to three weeks.
Care is month-to-month. Local SEO and Growth run a 12-month term, then continue monthly. You can take your site files at any time; doing so doesn't cancel the remaining months of an SEO term.
